This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with parking for 1 vehicle in the garage, 2 in the paved driveway and it is a PET FRIENDLY house. It sleeps 8 adults and is just a couple of blocks from the public beach. Downstairs is the living area, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, 2 decks (one out back and one out front) and an attached garage. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a Cal-King size bed, the second room has 1 queen bed and a twin bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The last room at the end of the hall has 2 twin beds. This unit rents as a short term rental in the Summer.*Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum over the 4th of July, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend. 001428

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our trip and this property was perfectly located for us. We really enjoyed being there. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that the floor, carpet in the living room and the couches were full with dog hair. We also have a dog at home and we usually don’t mind but this was really a lot of hair and all the clothes were full with it after sitting on the couch. Except for that we had a really lovely stay
