"The property has some work that very much needs to be done. Steps down to the river are treacherous. Three treads broke out while walking down. These are steep steps. No one was hurt but could have been different. The place has a tremendous location. Kinda dark with poor lighting inside for reading. Screen porch is nice. Calling the bed in the laundry room a bedroom is a bit of a stretch. This is our second stay there and we would probably book it again. We are two guys fishing. The steps were bad last time as well but this time really started falling apart"
