Residence Le Maho, situated along one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of the island of Mauritius. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the white sandy beach front, which stretches along the crystal clear ocean protected by the barrier reef.
The villas have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and master bedroom with en-suite. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, with fresh linen and towels provided.

The villas are self catering, however, if you fancy a taste of Mauritian cuisine, there is the possibility to hire a traditional Mauritian cook.

Nicht wie gebucht !
Wir (4 Personen) hatten eine feistehende 3-Zimmer-Villa mit 3 Badezimmern gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann das Obergeschoss einer Strandvilla mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Bad zugewiesen. Nach unseren Protesten wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein Tausch mit anderen Urlaubern angeboten. Um nicht noch einen Tag zu verlieren (wir hatten bereits einen Tag durch Flugausfall wegen Schnee verloren), sind wir in der ursprünglichen Wohnung geblieben. Lage war gut, direkt am Strand, aber Einrichtung ziemlich abgewohnt. Keine Spülmaschine, kein Grill (wie gebucht), Ausstattung mit Tellern und Besteck sehr dürftig. Fernbedienungen für Klimaanlagen fehlten teilweise, die Anlagen waren auch lange Zeit nicht gewartet worden und ziemlich verdreckt. Nur eine Gartenliege für 4 Personen.

Familiengerecht, große Supportleistung vom Besitzer, Top-Strandnähe, ruhig
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Im Haus Nr. 5 ist Platz genug für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da die Besitzerin direkt nebenan wohnt, erhielten wir opt. Unterstützung in gewöhnlichen Alltagsdingen, besonders bei 'Preisangeboten' mancher Veranstalter/Taxifahrer. Bei Leuten mit Handicap (ich gehe am Stock) gibt es ein paar Problemchen. Keine Haltegriffe in der Dusche, manche Treppenstufen sind höher als normal. Zum nächsten Bäcker geht es nur per Bus(10 min), ist aber für 12 ct/Fahrt verkraftbar. Dafür gibt es immer ein kleines Schwätzchen umsonst
