"What a find ! Gorgeous 16th Century Farmhouse B&B. Fantastic that the wonderful hosts Sharon & Paul are fully dog-friendly - as I was on a solo short break with our younger dog, we were both made welcome. Lovely clean, nicely decorated spacious room. Bonus of a fridge with water & a small glass bottle of proper milk ie not sachets etc, to go with the well stocked courtesy tray. Lots of little touches, like various "I've forgotten" items, wine glasses, glass tumblers & corkscrew ... even a hair "turban" for use after washing your hair ! Nice shared outside seating area dor use by my & neighbouring room.
Whilst we didn't make use of it, the communal garden had garden furniture, as well as seating inside the summerhouse. which also had an honesty bar .. lovely idea.
Breakfasta were superb, great choice of cereals, fresh fruit, dishes of fruut, greek + fruit yoghurt, mini pastries. Plus cooked breakfast - vegetarians catered for.
Friendly, welcoming hosts who happily offered suggestions of places to go, where to go for dinner.
Only downside is I didn't stay longer !
