"We loved our time at Tres.Muejeres. Troncones is. Quiet town and relaxing is a premium. Most staff were wonderful. Housekeeping was great and helpful as was front desk staff (wish I remembered names - one nice gentleman didnt speak English, but with my little Spanish we managed - the other was new and spoke English). However, there were moments the entire staff would congregate on the common areas and it seemed they were talking about us. They looked at us, laughed, and said some words that I could understand. Maybe its important for the entire staff to treat guests well,especially when I am trying with Spanish. If it were reverse, I would help and not laugh and speak as though they don't think I understand. This did not take away from our enjoyment and relaxation. We would return!"

"We had an absolute wonderful time in this paradise. We were back in Troncones after 13 years and it was our first time staying in beautiful Casa Despacito which is perfectly located on the Troncones beach. We really hope to be able to come back another time. Another review had mentioned issues with the appliances which can be an ongoing challenge in the climate and we had some issues so I would recommend the owner to perhaps invest in some new ones. But it did not ruin the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous place. We would be back in a heartbeat. The Property Manager Tina was very responsive as well. "
