"We were there only for 1 night...no cups in the room, no coffee maker in the room, breakfast was to be continental, but was dry cereal, coffee, no juice, milk was warm and apples. Oh and oatmeal...The fixtures in the shower were loose...the desk person in the morning was dressed like was unprofessional and Not a Wyndom employee. The TV remote did not work and no lists of the channels that were available. The hotel as a whole was a tired one!"

"Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Unit needs more upholstered chairs and end tables in den. Kitchen needs a bar for more work area and storage. Bathroom commodes are too low, and safety bars are needed. We believed the condo had bathroom safety bars since we checked that it needed to be accessible. It was accessible, but not handicapped accessible. Thank you."
