"Great time in Rome. The train was right aroung the corner and the Vatican was a ten minute walk. Owner of the property very helpful. If you take a night tour of the Vatican less people less money. Same as the Colosseum. The get into the church is no charge and wait isn’t that long and well worth it"

"Fabio and Paolo were both delightful to deal with, via Whatsapp and in person. The rooms are not fancy, but are comfortable and roomy and pleasant, and ours had a lovely and quite, shaded balcony. The shared kitchen was a handy touch, and we appreciated the recycling options within the shared space. The Arches Inn is within a two-minute walk of the Cipro station. This is an interesting residential area, but one with many neighbourhhood shops and cafes and bars. Was a fun stay!"

"The room and bathroom were both very nice, clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful leafy terrace outside where you can sit and enjoy the lovely breakfast that’s provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here :)"

"It was a terrible experience, I got to the building and no one would open the door for me. I didn't know that the owner didn't live there, so a nice young man that resides in the back building was sweet and called the owner for me, to let him know that I was there waiting for him. After like 1 hour he arrived and gave me the keys to the building and the room. Then when I got inside there was a bad mildew odor so I had to open all the windows to get some fresh air. After that bad experience...
