"The hotel & staff were incredible, I would recommend visiting this place 100% and we will be returning next year along with our wedding party. The staff were so attentive getting you anything you needed. The food was unreal as well, we are always a bit apprehensive with all inclusive but were really impressed by the variety of food and drinks. Definitely worth a visit if your considering going to Cyprus!"

"The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard all over the hotel including by the pool and in the dining area. Complaining to the hotel and to hotels.com. The hotel stated as the booking was non refundable they would not do refund me or help me move to another hotel on the island that was part of the chain. I continued to dispute this as they had lied to me at the time of booking not stating there was construction ongoing that would cause significant noise during my 2 week stay. I would never have booked the hotel as there were many other hotels to pick for the same price. After three days of complaining. I was moved to a third room that was slightly quieter. Eventually they agreed to allow me to move to another hotel in the chain for the second week. As an apology I was given all inclusive at the hotel for the first week. I would not recommend staying at the hotel. The corridors have very worn carpet. The rooms have been refreshed but the hotel has very poor sound proofing so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms"

"We’ve stayed in several Blue Water Bay villas over the years, and this one is by far the best. It truly feels like a home, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped, the sofas and beds are genuinely comfortable (a rare find in some previous villas!), and the air conditioning works brilliantly.The outdoor space is a real highlight. The pool is warm, regularly cleaned, and perfect for relaxing. The villa itself is private, not overlooked and has its own parking - something not all villas here provide.The location is excellent. A five-minute walk in one direction takes you to “Best Value” supermarket and plenty of great restaurants along Kennedy Avenue. A short stroll the other way leads to the beautiful sandy beach.We made a lot of use of both “Foody” and “Wolt” takeaway delivery services when we didn’t feel like going out.We were so sad to come home "

"The villa was very tired. Needed up dating. The property management lamer homes were excellent. Put the things that were not up to standard right. Would i use them again . Yes."

"We had a great stay at this villa. The Villa was spotlessly clean and looked like it had recently been refurbished with new oven, hob, etc. The outdoor area again was spotless with lovely new sun lounges and plenty of outdoor seating. The pool iis plenty big enough for six adults all to be in at the same time to cool down, especially as the beach is so closeThe pool area had lovely sun all day but shade from the palms and banana trees and two parasols if you want to get out of the sun There are beautiful beaches and beach bars within a 10 minute walk and Zorba’s bakery about a 5minute walk. There is a well equipped supermarket as well again easily within a 10 minute walk, as well as an ice cream shop and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa and would be more than happy to stay there again.. communication with host prior to arrival was 10 out of 10!"
