"Pool was closed, gym wasn’t how it was pictured, the snacks/food section was close to nothing, got charged almost $100 extra. We left 2 days early then planned. "

"Clean room with a great bed. The lobby looked very nice and the staff was great. My only issue was that someone knocked on the door at 1030 and we told them we were still there. Around 11 they started vacuuming right outside our door. Check out wasn't until 12. "

"This has probably been my worst experience at any hotel. I was immediately harassed by an individual who was not even staying at the hotel upon arrival. I was also harassed by individuals on the outside of the hotel. As I was arriving back to the hotel one night, two people were having obvious intercourse in the parking lot. The way the bathroom was designed caused flooding. The room was obviously unclean with ants in the bathroom, the floors turned white socks black, and there were large brown stains on certain furniture. The hotel was also very loud both inside and outside throughout the night. While I was leaving, there were bloody clothes on the ground outside one of the side exits. Overall a terrible experience and it is unlikely I will be returning to any Best Western."

"The Good: Breakfast was tasty with a solid variety, including fresh options for making breakfast sandwiches. Reasonable Pet Fee. The Bad: Staff were not friendly—more indifferent than rude—and often unavailable. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk just to check out. I requested a handicap-accessible room with no stairs but was placed on the second floor. The only elevator was on the opposite side of the building, with no nearby handicap parking. The TV didn’t work and had to be rewired by staff. Trash barrels near the entrance doors were overflowing, and there was a constant smell of alcohol, marijuana, and vaping in the area. The Ugly: The toilet ran constantly unless manually adjusted—something housekeeping should have caught, especially since the room didn’t feel clean. A smoke detector directly above the bed flashed a bright light every few minutes, repeatedly waking us. The dog relief area was filthy, with waste scattered throughout and no visible maintenance. Worst of all, constant plumbing noise. Water ran frequently during the day, then nonstop starting at 4:20 a.m. for over an hour—sleep was impossible. Checked out and won’t be back."
