The pictures were not of the motel. It was a disgusting room with a disgusting stain on the bed. We left right away and got a room at the comfort in. The place was a pile of garbage and used fake pictures

I only stayed 1 night. The property is hard to find. Vacant building next to property. Overgrown shrubs on vacant lot and on the property. Lake Mono is across a busy highway, not on the property. Felt unsafe being there.

I gave a friend a couple nights in a hotel. He needed it. I paid for the room. Check in requesting an additional/ his credit/ debit card..He does not have either. Very inconvenient

This place is a last resort motel

This place looks runned down on the outside and it isn't any better on the inside. The room had a smell the bathrooms where disgusting. The towel rack looked like it has never been cleaned the bathtub had what looked like black mold in the bathrooms. This place is definitely a last resort motel.

Horrible property. No way is it suitable any work related trip. It's basically an abandoned hotel that is uninhabitable. This should not be listed on Expedia. We had to book a last minute room in Grand Haven for our employee to sleep, as this place is a "drive by".

I was checking in at 11pm and still waited a solid 8 min after hearing the woman behind the desk tell the man her whole life story. She was nice but needed to go a little faster. My room did not have towels, a working tv, and the trash wasn’t empty.

Not a family friends place

As soon as i walked in the lady working the front desk immediately started complaining that i was there to a woman sitting in the lobby with her children working with her. As soon as she was finished complaining about my presence, she got on the walkie figuring out which rooms were due for check out and room numbers owed amount leaving me to stand there for the next 5 minutes before she had even said hi to me. I immediately asked for my reservation to be canceled. It was dirty, uninviting, older men and women smoking everywhere and bugs crawling all over inside. This was not a place i felt safe having my family. It looked nothing like the photos and definitely not somewhere worth $100

Pictures are a lie, disgusting smelly cheese hotel

PICTURES ARE OF GENERIC HOTEL AND NOT THE LISTED PROPERTY. Genuinely the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. My room had a smell that still haunts me almost two weeks later. Smelled as if a block of cheese had been left in a hot room for weeks without any ventilation. Smell was so bad I nearly threw up and had to put Icy Hot under my nose to sleep. The rest of the room was so dirty that it was nauseating. Was truly a horrific experience that will lead to me vetting hotels I stay at in the future much more closely.
