"Arrived to issues with parking, city access to hotel area in traffic restricted zone and a few other niggles... SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. "Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Great Hotel and amazing staff. From Rosella on reception, the cleaners and the lovely breakfast staff: we were made to feel very welcome. Rosella provided fantastic assistance with transfers, taxi's, local amenities etc and our whole stay was absolutely brilliant. The amenities of the Hotel are great with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, children's area, bike hire etc. Highly recommend, and only a short walk into the beautiful Riva del Garda itself.
