"Very Helpful, Professional and Friendly staff. Everything and Everyone was Terrific! Great area and plenty of options for food and shopping. Edwin from the front counter and Sandra from Breakfast area were the 2 employees I had the most contact with and they were very Friendly and Professional! Great stay, I would definitely rebook here! "Our stay at the W Hotel Bogotá was excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Special thanks to the concierge team, bar tenders, and drivers for their professionalism. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. Overall, a great experience, I would happily stay again."

"Awesome hotel, reminiscent of a European village. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many Colombian dishes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. During our visit, Colombia vs Ghana soccer match was playing. I talked to Camilo and he reserved an area for my family to watch the game. Considering I asked the day of the game, it was a miracle. Thank you Camilo!!! What an amazing experience!"

"The hotel is nice, the rooms are big. The only thing is that the pool close at 8:00 pm, and my family wanted to use it around 7:30 pm; so when they arrived in swimming suits, the staff told them that they can’t use the pool, because they have just added some chemicals to the water; my wife asked why did you add the chemicals if the pool was advertised to close at 8:00 pm; the employee was embarrassed and answered that he didn’t think that someone would use the pool at that time. It was disappointing, but other than that, it is a good place to stay."
