The property was clean, good location but the customer service was terrible, the guy at the lobby wouldn’t let me finish talk. It seems like everyone who stays at that place had plastic surgery done across the street so when I ordered breakfast in the room they asked me if it was due to post-op recovery that l couldn’t go down to the restaurant and get my own food. If this is a hotel used for recovery from plastic surgery then it should be advertised as that. The food was terrible, breakfast at the lobby was being handle by this only guy who had to serve 12 tables by himself and answer to all kinds of demands, second day same thing very totally understaffed impossible to provide a good service, coffee and chocolate was cold and the soup we ordered for dinner was awful so salty. The restrooms have very little light and l hope they fixed the situation with the building next door and their alarm; the first night it was on and off until 2am. Worst night ever.
