"Staff is excellent, kind and caring. I need mention about Mr.ANGEL came in person wake me up with a cup of tea as I didn’t respond for wake up call. With out him I would have missed my flight. It’s was a pleasant stay."

"I will call it a 4* Hotel for Business purposes yet I know some folks used it for family travel, none the less, 4* for Colombia is plenty for a small hotel as this one, I do have to mention the parking space is very small and the entrance to it (it's an underground) is very tight and angled, outside there's a small parking area for daytime but motorcycle deliveries seemed to run the place, that was an issue. I also must mention no A/C in the room as it can get pretty hot in the afternoon, other than that I had a good time. Unicentro is close by and that means food, shopping, and entetainment is nearby."
