"We've just returned from a lovely, 2 night stay here. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, opposite the pier and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. Approximately 15 minutes from the train station. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were hearty. Full English then some! Cereal, fruit, pastries, yogurts, ham, cheeses etc. Rooms were cosy and comfortable yet spacious. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. It's an old property but modernised although there is no lift nor ramp. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Overall it was an extremely pleasant stay,staff,food,cleanliness all good. The only suggestion i would make is to fit "grab handles "to help when getting in and out of the bath.I did bring it to a member of staff who said it would be done.I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel, a couple of issues we got woken up twice by people putting scaffolding on our window. We didnt feel comfortable as we couldnt open the curtains as 2 men were literally stood on scaffolding infront of the window Also we had our do not disturb sign on but the staff still knocked and came in the room with a builder who was going to changing the window the next day. When was asked at reception what time it was being done they didn't know. So we had to set our alarm early and leave early as we where worried we where going to be woken up again"

"Really impressed with the lovely welcome we received on arrival. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool, sauna and steam are excellent. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Carnaerfon. "
