"What a gorgeous hotel and property! It is an absolute destination whether on business travel, travel with family, or visiting Austin on holiday. We were first greeted by the extremely kind front desk reception Alexis (March 2026) who was so helpful and offered us an early check in and a beautiful view higher floor room! Her hospitality set the tone for our lovely stay. The hotel room was so spacious, large bathroom and rain shower, and comfortable beds! We also spent a whole day enjoying the blissful spa amenities (amazing massage and whirlpool room) and ended the day at the beautiful outdoor pool. Overall, it was such a wonderful stay! We highly recommend The Fairmont Downtown Austin to anyone for a memorable stay! "

The front desk team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help with everything. Their warmth and professionalism really set the tone for the whole stay. The property itself is impeccably clean. Our room was spotless, modern, and well-maintained—fresh linens, comfortable bed, and no detail overlooked. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day without ever being intrusive. The common areas were just as pristine. If you want friendly service, a spotless property, and a great location without breaking the bank, Cambria is an excellent choice. Highly recommend. "
