The Cabarfeidh Hotel

"Wasn't there very long, hardly one night, but was easy to get in, room was good. No AC, but windows opened really well so no problems there. Bed was firm enough you could actually sleep on (some hotels have beds that are way too soft because they don't replace them when they get old). Would stay here again."

"The pictures of this home don’t do it justice! It’s beautiful. We couldn’t find it at first but when we did everything went smoothly. The cottage has everything you’ll need. Would definitely visit again!"

"This was a comfortable and clean property which suited our needs for the week. It was well supplied and had everything that was needed. However we felt it would benefit from much sharper knives and the fridge seemed to have a lot of water in the bottom. We could also feel some of the springs in the mattresses. Callum was delightful, met us as we pulled in the drive, despite the it being late, and couldn’t have been more helpful in showing us around the property and highlighting the main/best areas to go on the island. The location was good and we particularly enjoyed the closeness to the beach which we accessed several times. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the property."

"A very lovely and comfortable cottage with great access to the spectacular coast nearby. 21 Habost has been very stylishly and thoughtfully fitted out, and provided everything we needed for our stay on Lewis. It’s easy to get to the lighthouse at the Butt of Lewis, to the beautiful white sands of nearby beaches and the very picturesque harbour at Port of Ness. Donald was a super responsive and friendly host, proactively making sure to check in that everything was ok. We would recommend a stay here to explore the island in a heartbeat."

"Great property. Spacious with wonderful views. 9 miles from Stromness ferry terminal so about a 20 min drive. Very quiet and peaceful spot. All you could want for some R&R."
