"Robert was a great host. He met us upon check-in and gave us a tour of the property. He found out we forgot roasting stick for s’mores and bought some later that day for us and future guests to use. He was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and checked in with us by messaging each morning. Location is beautiful and quiet. A bit outside of the city (about 20 minutes) but definitely worth the drive. We had 12 adults and 10 kids and it worked perfectly. Ample parking, Message chair and sauna a bonus! And the sunsets!!!!! Goergoeus!We have added this to our list of properties we would return to."

"Wonderful private apartment on a working farm! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from University of Oregon and had a lovely stay. Proximity to the university (~15 minutes) is good--the surprise was that there's this beautiful farm so close to campus! Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The pull-out sofa is absolutely the most comfortable pull-out sofa I've ever experienced. And, oh, the host's gracious hospitality! From communications to check-in and especially during our stay, the host was amazing and made us feel so welcome. Amenities provided in the apartment far surpassed my expectations and our host even provided some nice personal touches. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene. Potential guests should know that the apartment is on a working farm, so there are animals on the property, including a rooster somewhere that will let you know when it's morning. I found that to be charming--and better than being woken by noisy people walking down a hotel hallway outside your door."

"Check in was a little hectic, due to the home downstairs having had their kitchen sink exploded. But the host was amazing and made us feel very welcome. We loved the wild flower garden feel of the property, and thr room themes were so fun! Would definitely stay again. Maybe next year If Banana Ball comes back to Eugene!"

"I stayed here for 3 weeks. Guest house is cozy and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Great location - close to everything. Dedicated parking for guest house was a bonus! Getting out onto the busy street was sometimes problematic. Patience is key in that regard! I really enjoyed my stay here. Host was very accommodating and fixed one minor issue quickly! The only reason I gave the "description" 4 stars instead of 5 was because the guest house is behind the garage and is very shaded by neighboring trees & bushes. The pictures look very bright, but it is a not as bright as the pictures show. But otherwise - a great place to stay - and I would stay here again!"
