"Upon check in, was not greeted. Stood there for about five minutes without any acknowledgment. Once acknowledged, was very unpleasant. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Water temperature and pressure was very low. Checkout was not any better than check in. Would not recommend!"

"We like to stay here when we have an early flight because it is close to the airport. This time there seemed to be way too much road noise…maybe the room location?? Also, the shower curtain broke and fell to the floor during my morning shower. It was too early in the morning to reach out to the staff so we just dealt with it. Not sure if we will be back…we will have to think about it"

"The basement is very large with lots of places to sit and relax. There was a good size kitchen and it was nice having a washer and dryer available for use. There were a few times that you could hear the family upstairs walking around, but we were so tired that it didn’t bother us too much. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. Overall we had a good stay."

"In general the location was good but we have a couple of issues we believe should be address.1. It is very hard to spot the driveway, especially at night. It would be nice to have some landmark, or maybe some solar lights to mark it.2. The walkway up to the door is very rough. I almost stumbled. It needs to be smoothed out.3. The lighting of the walkway is poor. When we first got there, there was no light at all. The next day I found a cord for the timer but that was hard to use. And the cafe lights weren't very bright and did not help the walkway at all."

"EXCEPTIONAL in every sense of the word. The hosts literally ask you if you want fruit or snacks before checking in, every comfort of home is available in this sanctuary, you literally are minutes from Eugene but encapsulated in your own sanctuary here. "

"This was our 2nd stay, and definitely not our last! It's the perfect place to sleep before catching an early flight. Diana is an excellent host. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortably decorated. My only suggestion is that she not use scented items, i.e., laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. The smell in the room may be appealing to some, but for others, especially scent sensitive, it's too strong. "
