"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

"This really is not a three-star hotel. We stayed here many years ago, and it was good. One elevator was broken and repairs brought dirt and dust all over the place. "

"The property is close to metro station and you can easily get transport to tourist places. But that's the only perks of this place. The rooms are super small and the cleanliness is just for the sake. The staff is helpful (the hotel cleaning staff) but the staff at reception is as much rude and unprofessional. If your only aim is to doze off and freshen up then this is fine."

Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. "The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast...
