I will never stay in any other hotel but the Omni in LA. And I'm a Hilton Honors member. But in LA, I'm willing to forgo points for the way this staff treats me and my family time and time again. Roberto was one of the kindest front desk agents I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable and then called minutes later to make sure everything was to my expectation. Is there anything else he could do. Andrea at the coffee bar - hospitality queen, charming, personable and great barista! The valets, the housekeepers, the club level attendant... top notch. Hospitality at its finest! "

"Our room was simple yet clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed 1 night for the Dodgers parade and it was very convenient. I would recommend. Only issue I had was the narrow ramp for handicap getting to elevators on 1st floor. My husband is larger and rode his handicap mobility scooter and had a hard time with that ramp. It was a challenge. "
