Location was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. However, front desk availability was limited and car access was very limited. We were not advised of these two things ahead of our arrival.

Charming and Friendly
A lovely, family run hotel with owners who were attentive and friendly. The hotel is extremely close to a wide array of bars and restaurants as well as the Loire river. Rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The double glazed balcony was effective at keeping the noise out. If you are looking for an authentic, independent hotel with charm and a warm welcome then you should look no further.

中心街に近く、食事などには便利だが、鉄道駅からは少し不便。今回はsoloの旅だったので食事に便利な点は評価できなかった。ただ、部屋の掃除やベッドメイクは問題ない。オーナーはじめスタッフの対応もとてもよかった。建物自体に趣きがあるのをもっとアピールできるといいのだが、、。

Beautiful & Quaint Hotel
The people at the front were so kind! We were having a hard time finding the hotel & they gave us directions over the phone. They speak French (of course, we're in France) and I was having a hard time understanding them. Minutes later she sent me an email with perfectly clear directions. When we arrived they were so welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location!

Our room was very good value for the money. The hotel is centrslly located, the room was clean and well kept, the staff were very pleasant the breakfast was good. It is a perfect place for a one or two-night stay but we might have felt cramped for a longer stay as there is not a lot of room to spread out.

Hello Sirs,Our Hotel is closing at 9pm. the check-in is between 3pm an 9pm.Our staff is working from 6am to 9pm and this is our working hours and it will still the same. we have all the respect for our clients and we can not allow our selves to be horrible as you said.

We were only in Tours for one night but L’Adresse was perfect! Very comfortable accommodations, but not fancy. The town was bustling with great restaurants and fun. The hotel owner, Isham, went out of his way to make sure we met our connection for our Backroads bike trip in St Pierre de Corps when the taxi didn’t show up for us in the morning. He took us himself!

L’Adresse Boutique hotel is right in the heart of the old town in Tours, in a bustling pedestrian area surrounded by innumerable cafes and bistros and bars, but is well-soundproofed against street noise. The building is historic, so our room (61 steps up a narrow staircase; no lift) was tiny with few amenities, but quaint and clean. The hostess was very gracious, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

L'Adresse was absoutely lovely! Hicham, the owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He even helped arrange a private driver for visiting local vineyards. The decorations are very tasteful and the breakfast was great.

We loved our stay at Hotel Ladresse. The property is fresh and the proprietors are charming and helpful. The location is close to lots of bars and restaurants, but the rooms are soundproofed to an amazing degree so that we heard Saturday night revealers only once, and barely, even at that. I loved this hotel. I don’t think I’ve ever said that in a review before.

Great potential, but missing some Hygge details
The picture did not fit the actual room I booked. The floor seemed very uneven in my room and one of the 2 bedroom light was awfully bright - the lights weren’t matching. I was also missing a blow dryer. The bed was very comfortable and you could set the air conditioner/heat to any temperature you prefer. Very convenient location in the center to walk anywhere.

Very central and welcoming
The hotel is at the very heart of the old town, among beautiful buildings many hundreds of years old and surrounded by lots of places to eat, in a pedestrian neighbourhood. Due to very effective external and internal windows, you hear no noise from the street when the windows are closed. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Exceptional hotel in the old town sector of Tours
This hotel is very conveniently located in the picturesque old town of Tours in a completely modernised 18th Century house. It is in the restaurant area and near local historical sights. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our 3 day stay. Our room was always very clean with nice touches such as glasses instead of plastic cups. The wi fi and TV reception were excellent. In such a busy area the excellent double glazing was very welcome. On the last day we took breakfast which was excellent value. If we return to Tours we would stay there again and would generally recommend it to anyone else except if they had limited mobility because the hotel has no lift and the stairs are slightly narrower than in a newly built property. Overall we enjoyed a first class experience at this hotel for a very reasonable daily rate.

We walked straight past this small charming hotel twice, only for the female owner to come out and greet us. It is an oasis of calm; the decor is classic French greys, and we had to double check that it was a 2* hotel - I have visited plenty of 3* and 4* that had worse decor. The arrival process was very easy, the night-door explained clearly. I judge hotels on three criteria - bed, bath, and breakfast. 1) Bed. The bed was perfectly comfortable with fresh clean white linen, and the room perfectly clean - the windows are triple glazed, with an outwards and an inwards window - when closed, you can hear nothing of the outside. The room was not enormous, but perfectly suitable and understandable given the limits of the building. Being 2* there is no kettle/tea/coffee, but why would you - you are in the Touraine (!) and could literally jump out of the window into a cafe! 2) Bath. There was a bath, rather than shower unit. There was nowhere for the shower head to be fixed at/above head height, so had to be handheld - a small inconvenience. Being 2*, the toiletries are limited to hand soap and a bottle of multi-purpose hand/body/hair, which did the job. 3) Breakfast. Breads (brioche!), cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, some ham, juices, coffee, tea etc. Plenty on offer and served until 10.30am. In brief, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation - comfortable, well-located, well-fed, clean, quiet, and such charming hosts!

Great location and lovely manager, with excellent sound proofing - the property is on a popular street with lots of restaurants but the room was very quiet. Very small single room with tiny bathroom. Good value and good location but I suspect the bigger rooms are better.

I can recommend this hotel: location is central, rooms are comfortable, on the small side but considering it is located in the old part of Tours, the hotel is good. My beef if that months ago I specifically booked a room with 2 twin beds. The person on duty that day insisted that we had booked a double room and proceded to show me a paper proving that in her opinion, I had booked incorrectly. Not so. We had no option than to accept a room with a queen sized bed the first night because the last twin room was occupied. We were moved the next day to the room as specified. The other beef I have is that at the time I booked the details page for this hotel showed an elevator. I pointed this error to the proprietor and see the detail page has since been corrected. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was because it was shown to have an elevator. My friend and I are both somewhat disabled so we were very incovenienced. I am unsure if this is a mistake by the website or the proprietor.
