Comfortable and spacious room. Guy was a pleasant and helpful host and very considerate about privacy.
Parking in the street was not ideal, but easily achieved.
We appreciated Guy carrying our heavy bags upstairs.

Valentine on reception is outstanding. Professional with lots of good advice, making sure your stay is rewarding. One big note of caution....if you are arriving by car, reconsider. The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. They are making a huge amount of money but spending NOTHING on maintenance

This apartment was great for what we needed. Simplicty, space and secure parking. It's not immediately obvious but there is a little supermarket and chemist very close by. We walked into the square (about 2km). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with vehicle access for our luggage - in the middle of a festival! The room was modern and very clean, but very small. Breakfast was a very good european buffet. The hotel is very well located, right in the middle of the action at the Place du Capitole.
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the stay

We had a great stay. The room was a good size and the location was excellent. My only suggestion would be to provide some wine glasses.
