Small renovated house of 35 square meters with 50 square meters of garden for rent in the Loubière district of Toulon. You will benefit from the calm of lower Faron while being close to the town (15 min walk from the center). The maisonette has a parking space, air conditioning and a garden.

Downstairs, you will find a living room opening onto the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine). A metal staircase leads to the mezzanine and its glass floor where there is the sleeping area and storage for your wardrobe.

A private parking space is located right in front of the accommodation. You can enjoy a terrace and a garden shaded by a mimosa, a laurel and an olive tree.
