"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."

"A beautiful, modern property in an oceanfront setting. Many of the rooms offer fantastic ocean views, and the hotel is conveniently close to plenty of great local seafood restaurants. Other than that, there is nothing much nearby (meaning no convenience stores, snack places, etc...). The front desk, pool, and facilities teams were warm and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant and dining staff were polite, though service felt slightly below standard for a 4-star-plus property. The...
