"The room was stylish and incredibly clean. I was especially impressed by how spotless the bathroom was—it’s always a huge plus when the facilities are that well-maintained. Although I arrived late and didn't get a chance to use it, the common area looked very cozy with comfy sofas, a large TV, and even some games. "Room 403 - Love the loft design with 2 twin beds and living area downstairs. Perfect for a family of four. hot spring tub in the bathroom is the best part. Breakfast is simple but you can have everything you want - salad, bread, cheese, ham, milk, soymilk, coffee.... you name it. Highly recommended!!"

"The property was lovely but for a couple it was kid central so didn’t use the pool other than one afternoon because it was so busy. Housekeeping asked if we wanted sheets and towels changed, which we said we were ok but still could have made the bed, replaced coffee and water, picked up the washcloth in the shower etc. just little tidy up is nice. Staff were lovely !! The lobby lounge has good snacks and wine. Not always easy to find in Taiwan. Our private hot spring onsen was amazing !!"
