"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "

"Als wir ankamen, fanden wir schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Badezimmerboden und schmutzige Bettwäsche auf dem Schlafsofa. Ob die Wohnung gereinigt und das Bett gemacht wurde, war unklar. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, die Agentur zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Ich habe keine Antwort erhalten. Als wir am nächsten Tag abends zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass die Tür offen stand (das Schloss war geschlossen, aber die Tür stand einen Spalt offen) und die schmutzige Wäsche war nicht mehr da. "The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left.
