Holiday Home 'Studio Mt Nine' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Our vacation home is located in Neu Wulmstorf/Rade in the southern metropolitan region of Hamburg right on the edge of the forest - you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as well as the advantages of the big city with all its sights, cultural offerings or major sporting events.

The vacation home itself is a detached house on a hillside. The spacious property has a large sun terrace and parking spaces for up to five cars. Lawns have been sown around the house, which currently look a little bare due to the weather and cannot yet be walked on.



Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds & TV, as well as two bathrooms with double washbasins and rain showers.

The largest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second largest has a balcony.



On the loft-like first floor, which was built and furnished in an industrial style, there is a large living and dining area. The open kitchen with counter is complemented by a dining table that seats up to eight people.



The spacious living area is ideal for relaxing or for cozy TV evenings.

You can end the day in peace and quiet on the large sun terrace with plenty of privacy.

Hamburg can be reached by car in about half an hour with good traffic, by public transport it takes about 60 minutes.



Directly next to the house is the Stuvenwald forest, where there is an extensive hiking/recreation area. Also ideal for mountain bike tours. Various cafés and farm stores in the immediate vicinity invite you to linger and browse.



Shopping facilities for daily needs, pharmacy and banking services are approx. 5 minutes away by car.

Dieses Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Man kann dort völlig die Seele baumeln lassen, umgeben von Wald und Feldern. Die Ruhe und Natur ist dort einfach wunderschön. Das Haus ist auch wunderschön gestaltet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Grundstück hat auch einen schönen natürlich Sichtschutz sowie ist das Vermieterpaar sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt war auch sehr angenehm.Das Haus und die Umgebung hat Suchtpotential :-pWir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus – absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros: Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, top gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage, die gemütliche Terrasse (perfekt für lange Abende) und die liebevollen Details im Haus. Die Gastgeber*innen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus, alles sauber und gepflegt haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke...kleiner Abstrich in der Beschreibung steht Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden , aber es steht nicht in der Beschreibung gegen eine Gebühr...der Schlüssel für den Hauswirtschaftsraum ist in einem Schlüsseltresor und man kann den Code per WhatsApp bekommen....hat bei uns leider nicht geklappt.Nach 5 Tagen hatten wir leider immer noch keine Antwort...deshalb nur 4 Sterne..

Coole Fewo im Grünen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und doch war man in 30 Minuten im Zentrum Hamburg. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und informativ. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist

Pros: Das Haus hatte eine super Atmosphäre und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Auf der Terasse kann man sich gut entspannen. Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück :) Wer eine Auszeit in der Natur braucht, dem kann ich dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Werde ich aufjedenfall nochmal buchen :)

Sehr erholsam, gemütlich und hell. Tolle Ausstattung!

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist modern und großräumig. Ruhig gelegen an einem Waldstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Die Katze hat sich sehr wohl drin gefühlt und ein queen-size Bett für sich beansprucht.

Fast perfektes Haus.

Wir sind eine Kochgruppe und hätten uns noch das eine oder andere Kochutensil gewünscht.Das hat aber unseren sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt nicht getrübt.Wir haben trotzdem lecker gekocht und gegessen.Das Haus ist großzügig und modern und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage- Erholung pur

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Cons: Schön wären Schränke in den Schlafzimmern. Das würde das Haus komplett machen.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir machten für 3 Tage mit unseren Kindern und Hund einen Kurzurlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und fühlten uns allesamt von Anfang an wohl. Es war viel Platz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man war schnell mit dem Hund zum Spaziergang im Wald. Tolles Haus mit ruhiger Lage.

Neues Haus in super ruhiger Lage, perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hund

Pros: Super nette Gastgeber. Badezimmer en suite. Moderne Einrichtung. TV in allen Schlafzimmern. Bequeme Betten. Alles tip top sauber. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einem Top Ferienhaus! Cons: Ein Stuhl würde sich gut machen in den Schlafzimmern, um Kleidung abzulegen. Sofa etwas klein und an den Seiten ohne Stützen. Garten nicht komplett eingezäunt. Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten! Die Vorteile überwiegen ganz klar!!!! :)

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir waren „nur“ für 2 Nächte dort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super (freundlich und problemlos) Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns alle (inkl 🐶🐶) sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung

Wir haben es sehr genossen es war alles super,tolles Grundstück und das Haus ist perfekt. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse.
