"I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best. The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels. "The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "

"Nice trip with my wife. We stayed here for 5 nights in the end of our 2,5 weeks holiday. Hotel grounds are awesome as are most of the staff, Food is good and plentiful. If I have to find some negatives then it would be that sometimes in the main restaurant many of the aircons were not on. And the hotel has a central aircon and it felt that for some reason during the nights it had a hard time keeping the room cool."
