Had a nice 8 days. Beds was hard, but asked for a topper and they came with it. Then beds were good :) food was okay. Good pizza. Nice service. Entertainment was good. Thumbs up to Burak the darts guy. He was great!

We were extremely happy with our stay at AQI Pegasos Club. A fantastic hotel with a fine sandy beach, shallow water that is perfect for families, a great pool area, and beautifully maintained surroundings. Everything our family needed was available at the hotel, and we never really felt the need to visit the other two Pegasos hotels. The other hotels had more pools and water slides, which we tried and enjoyed, but apart from that, everything we needed was available at our hotel. There was really no need to go elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the resort – from the reception and housekeeping staff to the spa and restaurant teams. There were great shows and entertainment every evening, as well as a kids’ disco that the whole family enjoyed. Some of the performances were truly professional. The food was good, with plenty of variety and lots of options to choose from. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it was a big plus that beach towels were provided daily. The only thing we missed was a small playground or kids’ area at the hotel itself. The facilities at the other Pegasos hotels were available, but it would have been nice to have something closer for the children. However, this was only a minor detail, as everything else exceeded our expectations. The hotel maintained a high standard throughout our stay. We travelled in mid-June with 2 children (7 years old and 1.5 years old). We would happily recommend this hotel to other families! 10/10

We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im AQI Pegasos Club und waren von Anfang bis Ende sehr zufrieden. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich und die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Besonders positiv ist uns die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Buket und Nezaket von der Rezeption. Beide waren jederzeit freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Im Restaurant möchten wir besonders Isa, Furkan und Hattab hervorheben. Sie waren immer aufmerksam, freundlich und gut gelaunt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Auch Burak von der Lobby Bar im AQI Pegasos Resort hat mit seiner sympathischen und aufmerksamen Art für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt. Ein großes Dankeschön geht außerdem an Halil von der Sunset Bar. Er war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und gut gelaunt. Wir haben uns bei ihm sehr wohlgefühlt. Ganz besonders möchten wir auch Melek von der Zimmerreinigung loben. Unser Zimmer war jeden Tag sehr sauber und ordentlich. Melek war außerdem unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – für uns einfach die Beste! ❤️ Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und besonders an Buket, Nezaket, Isa, Furkan, Hattab, Burak, Halil und Melek. Ihr habt unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das AQI Pegasos Club zu 100 % weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gutes Hotel mit einer super Lage und einem tollen Strand. Das Meer war im August angenehm warm. Es gibt viele Pools, darunter auch Pools mit Wasserrutschen. Für Kinder und Erwachsene gibt es viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die alkoholischen Getränke und die Getränke für Kinder waren allerdings eher durchschnittlich. Das WLAN ist kostenlos. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt und ein gutes Hotel.

Uns hat es alles(!) gefallen! Super Essen, sehr gutes, hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, ruhig genug, sandiger Strand und nicht aufdringliche, professionelle Animation, Emilias Trainings sind spitzenmäßig und Kadir sorgte wirklich für gute Laune bei allen Gästen. Wir sind öfters in der Türkei, aber volle 100% haben wir zum ersten Mal nur hier erlebt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei dem ganzen Team!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im AQI Pegasos Club! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Rezeption (Erhan, Nezaket, Bukett) für die herzliche Betreuung. Im Restaurant haben uns Orhan, Mehmet Ali, Burak, Can Hattab und Isa mit tollem Service begeistert. An der Lobby Bar sorgten Berfin und Cemil für beste Stimmung, an der Beach Bar war Halil immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das Animations- und Sportprogramm mit Ricky vom Latino-Team und Olga beim Stretching immer mit guter Laune und Motivation. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub im AQI Pegasos Club verbracht – einer weitläufigen Hotelanlage direkt am wunderschönen Sandstrand der Türkischen Riviera. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft: ruhig, aber nicht abgelegen, mit einem sauberen, flach abfallenden Strand und herrlich klarem Wasser – ideal für Kinder und entspannte Badetage. Die Zimmer – in unserem Fall eine Family Suite im Hauptgebäude beim Empfangsbereich – sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas stärker sein. Viele Mitarbeitende, vor allem an der Rezeption oder an den Bars, sind freundlich und bemüht. Die Tassen und Gläser im Restaurant sind leider klein, was gerade bei All-Inclusive eher unpraktisch ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Gastronomie: Das Essen war durchweg lecker, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Die Buffets bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas, von traditionellen türkischen Speisen bis zu internationaler Küche, mit reichlich Auswahl bei Salaten, Hauptgerichten und Desserts. Geschmacklich auf jeden Fall über dem Durchschnitt für diese Preisklasse. Bei Pool & Strand zeigt sich das Hotel von zwei Seiten: Die Poolanlagen sind großzügig, gut verteilt und bieten auch für Kinder viel Abwechslung, vor allem durch den angrenzenden Aquapark. Der Strand ist sauber, schön angelegt und einfach traumhaft. Besonders positiv: Die Lifeguards verdienen ein großes Lob – sie sind sehr aufmerksam, professionell und jederzeit präsent. Das gibt vor allem Eltern ein gutes Gefühl.

Schönes Familienhotel direkt am traumhaften Sandstrand. Große Poolanlage, abwechslungsreiches Essen und kinderfreundliches Angebot. Acces an 3 Hotels Royal, Club und Resort man kann im Bars trinken und polls schwimmen aber nicht Essen. Personal ist freundlich, Zimmer teils etwas veraltet. WLAN ist Free, Ideal für Familien – weniger für Ruhesuchende. Wir hatten Familienzimmer mit Meerblick. Richtig schön. Empfehlen wir weiter. Rezeption MA unfreundlich, restliche MA sehr freundlich, Anlage sehr sauber sehr gepflegt, das Meer und der Strand sind Traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind ok, das Hotel ist extrem voll, kaum Platz bzw. Liegen sind alle belegt. Typisches Problem, liegen werden mit Handtüchern belegt/besetzt, aber es kommt keiner, Hauptsache Handtuch liegt. Poolanlage für die Menschenmenge/Andrang sehr klein. Essen trinken top, alles dabei was das Herz begehrt.
