Good value for the price

very satisfaying for the fair price. Clean and renovated, nice workers, plenty and tasty food. Beach is not far. Just little bit boring at evenings.

Bad hotel!

Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey. Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok.

Definitely not 5 star, at the most 4 stars. I would say 3 stars in my opinion. The hotel is dirty all the time even in the morning. I don’t think the pool filters are working , by noon the pool water is milky. Never have I ever seen so bad entertainment team, they have the wrong job obviously, only caring about their Filler and botox. So bad attitude at all time they look like they hate their life. Food is okey - not great - it needs more variety and taste. No clean towels everyday that’s not 5 star. Also you have to fight for a subbed by the pool.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin sieben Nächte im Club Sun Heaven. Es war nichts für uns. Ich denke, die gesamte Hotelanlage ist mehr für russische Familien konzipiert. Jeden Abend gab es eine Abendveranstaltung, und zweimal davon war Live-Musik. Die Sänger, zwei türkische Sänger, haben mehr Lieder auf Russisch als auf Türkisch oder Englisch gesungen. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Nach dem dritten Tag hatten wir schon keine Lust mehr darauf und waren traurig, wenn es Essenszeit war. Das meiste Essen hatte keinen Geschmack oder schmeckte einfach nach nichts. Das einzige gute Essen waren Pommes und morgens Honig mit Brot. An der Poolbar wurden diverse „Cocktails“ angeboten, die Mojitos zum Beispiel, wurden von drei verschiedenen Barkeepern immer unterschiedlich zubereitet. Andere Drinks wie Jack Daniels mussten extra bezahlt werden. Allgemein bekam man Softdrinks (Cola, Fanta usw.) in kleinen Plastikbechern, die oft mit Wasser gemischt waren. Die Entertainment-Gruppe war ziemlich aufdringlich und kam mehrmals, um kostenpflichtige Angebote wie Bingo anzubieten. Shisha kostete ebenfalls 15 Euro und wurde nur nachts angeboten. Die Anlage hatte verschiedene Läden, auch von russischen Betreibern. Das Spa mit türkischem Bad, das ebenfalls von Russen betrieben wurde, war kostenpflichtig und kostete 40 Euro. Man hat ehrlich gesagt nicht so viel All-Inclusive wie erwartet. Der Strand ist okay, jedoch gibt es im Meer große Steine, was eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellt.

Çok güzel 1 hafta

Kaldığımız 1 hafta boyunca her şey çok iyiyidi, tek sıkıntımız odada ki yatak uyutmayacak kadar ses yapıyordu yatakta hiç kıpırdamadan uyumaya çalıştık. restauran kısmındaki exucutive chef ibrahim ustaya ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.

Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Oglenki yemekleri aksam tekrar hazirlayip sunuyorlar. Kahvaltida tereyag bile yok tereyag aromali margarin var, bal yok bal surubu var.

Hotellissa oli vain venäjää puhuvia asiakkaita. Suurin osa henkilökunnasta ei puhunut lainkaan englantia. Ohjelmat olivat venäjänkielisiä. Rantapyyhkeet sai vaihtaa vain kerran viikossa ilman lisämaksua. Yleisesti ottaen aika surkea, tähtiä annamme 1+.

Ett bra alternativ till dom dyrare resorterna

Ett hotell med 95% rysktalande gäster, även personalen talade ryska. Endast ett fåtal kunde engelska. Absolut högsta betyg till Natalie i receptionen, hon talar ryska, turkiska, engelska.Tänk om alla vore lika serviceminded som hon. Mycket bra mat. Rummet mycket bra, se bara till att ni bokar rum i den nya delen. Den gamla är hemsk. Bra med aktiviteter varje kväll. Disco på stranden. Åker gärna tillbaka.

Очень удачный отель. В других отзывах пишут, что скудный завтрак... А завтрак состоял из молочной каши, яйчницы, вареных яйц, печеных овощей, тушеной картошки, сосисок, котлеток и чего-то еще горячего..... Не помню... А также много свежих овощей и фруктов, оливки, варенье , разнообразная выпечка и огромное количество сыров. Что называют скудным ,я не поняла. Икры красной и черной нет, хаха... Обед и ужин не описать и чистота, официанты работают на 5+ и не навязчиво. Пляж рядом , ходили в купальниках. Номера огромные, на двоих две спальни и холл. Вход в море хороший. Советую, не пожалеете

Hôtel avec majorité de russe , ukrainien. Chambre vraiment pas propre même après le passage de la femme de ménage . Les piscines n'ont pas l'air d'être nettoyé régulièrement . Le personnel peu agréable . Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui se situe loin d'antalaya
