"Breakfast buffet items ran out and what was there had gone cold. Rather uninspiring fruit on offer and was rather hard and under ripe. There was no decaf coffee in dining room or bedroom. Bedroom was good size and beds comfortable but room lighting inadequate. The only decent light was the bathroom. "

"Bathroom was dirty with mould I asked 3 times on our stay to have someone clean it or get me the products to clean as I have an allergy. other than towel and bin change they didnt attempt to clean the mould. I will not be staying again "

"The cleaner kept taking my soap when it had only been used for one night which is wasteful but then foegot to replace it. I tried to use the phone to call and ask for a replacement but it didn't work, so I had to go down to reception with three staff who could see I was waiting but left me for several minutes. Bad customer service equals no repeat visits and I thought it was expensivw for the age of the property"

"The foyer ,rooms& bar area was exceptionally clean. We love that ! The staff at reception were very friendly & polite,as were the bar staff . We enjoyed the live entertainment while we had a quiet drink. "
