"Great junior suite and helpful staff, with a few minor hiccups We stayed in a junior suite, which was perfectly spacious and offered a fantastic view. I was a little taken aback by the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room, but this turned out to be a minor issue in the grand scheme of things since the hotel has convenient water dispensers by the lifts on every floor. However, on a negative note, housekeeping failed to replenish the tea bags after I used them. Aside from that, it was hard to complain about anything else regarding the room. In terms of location, while the hotel isn't too far from the main attractions, at times the walk felt a bit longer than expected. If you are driving, they do have an underground car park on-site. We did experience an issue here where the system failed to recognise our car, which temporarily prevented us from leaving. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly helpful with our questions regarding our onward journey, which I am very grateful for. Overall, it is definitely worth the stay."

"The front desk went out of their way to make us comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Helped us with directions and helped us get into a popular restaurant El pimpi. The pool is nice but not a lot of areas to sit and relax. People seem to spend a long time there so unfortunately that part we didn't get to do but that was fine as we did day trips from this hotel to Ronda. The area is great to walk around to restaurants and site seeing. No buses needed. The Beach is close by if you want to relax by the water l, eat and walk. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel ! Comfortable, clean and quiet."

"Unfortunately, it is very highly priced for a one star hotel only. I hadn’t paid attention to the fact that it was a one star hotel when I booked. The room is quite small and it’s very easy to bump into the bed! There is no safe, no bedside table, no table (other than a mini foldable one), no chair, no drawers, no phone and obviously no tea or coffee in the room. Right next to it there are even four star hotels within the same price range. The only positive is the staff that were very helpful indeed, and it was clean. Breakfast was acceptable."

"This was fantastic hotel booked a room with queen an 2 single beds as that’s what it was advertised on this site. But I got a double with a small single a the staff pointed out that Expedia has the wrong photos up this isn’t the 2st time Expedia have falsely advertised rooms to sell them. But Besides that it’s fantastic hotel and area the staff are so lovely highly recommended"

"Hotel is a short walk to the centre and beach which was fine but there are a few hills! First room we were offered looked out onto a brick wall with no balcony and no air however after upgrading we were delighted with room 1010 as it was at the end of the building so noise was a minimum. The pool is small but we didn’t once struggle for a sun bed. Breakfast was ok. I would stay again for a budget break away"
