Pool staff was so friendly, had us in stitches with there silly pool side games around 11 o’clock. Was gutted we missed them on the last day. Hotel was clean and breakfast had great selection. We got taxis to local bars and restaurants so can’t comment on what was a short walk away

Perfect holiday in a brilliant hotel

We arrived 4 hours before check-in. The guy on the desk sorted out a room for us. The room was a good size with a decent size bathroom. Unbelievable views. Breakfast was quality with a brilliant choice. Great bus service outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff. Elevators are so busy, they may need a review / check up as I had family members get stuck in a lift. Apart from that - the hotel is amazing.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The food was incredible as too were the entertainment staff from organising games poolside to entertaining children. Would definitely come back again. The bar staff at the pool side were always busy but had a smile on their face. Beat my expectations.

From check in the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious. Good selection of food options in the restaurant with grill cook to order for omlettes & pancakes at breakfast and grill fish, meat for dinner and a wok station. Good drinks service with premium brands part of all inclusive. Rooms and pool and publicareas emaculate. Walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and on thebeach front. Would highly recommend and visit again.

It was a lovely hotel, reception staff were amazing only issue is one of the bar staff at pool bar was very rude making inappropriate comments about our order etc for example how much food we ordered for just 2 of us. pool wasn’t the best either, very small and very shallow

Excellent facilities and sun beds readily available throughout the day. Pool a little small but minor inconvenience. Manager in dining area was excellent as we had a party member with a nut allergy. He went above and beyond to make sure they were safe. Only downside was that we all came down with a two day sickness and diarrhoea bug apart from the nut allergy member. Medical centre across the road was aware that the hotel may have had a problem and they were monitoring it. Nothing mentioned by the hotel other than hand sanitizer was provided at meal times and gloves were available.

The hotel offered the full set of setvices and facilities you would expect - no complaints and nothing was too much trouble. The room we were in had water damaged laminate flooring, though that didn’t effect our holiday.
