"Great. The staff was fantastic and dog policy was terrific too. Even provided a bed and bowls. Could not have asked for nicer kinder staff. Breakfast was great too. Don’t add it to your reservation on Expedia though. Cheaper just to buy at hotel or add to reservation here. 10 At check in, 12 at breakfast vs 16.5pp on Expedia. "

"The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience. "

"It’s a fantastic hotel in a great spot. Its location allows you to get anywhere fairly quickly be it by metro bus or tram. The hotel is wonderful with spacious rooms and we had a great view of La Sagrada Família. The staff is great in particular Francisco at the bar. The atmosphere is fantastic and it makes for the perfect spot after a day in Barcelona."
