"We had a wonderful stay at UNA Naples. The staff was personable and professional. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast and late lunch. The cocktails were also delicious."

"The hotel is beautiful, and very clean! Unfortunately the staff were not polite or friendly at all. The hotel is not located in the best area, farther from things but since we only were there for a night it was good. "

"This is by a very long mile the worst hotel I have stayed in and I have been to some places. To start - our the bathroom reeked of septic gas, by night time, it had engulfed the entire room. I was going to ask for a room change for this reason but when cleaning came around next morning, it was clear the other rooms had the same issue. The entire corridor was filled with septic odour, it wasn’t even worth bringing up. The only possible explanation is a backwater valve had not being installed to the septic tank and the bath and WC shared the same plumbing. Considering the above, everything else that followed pales in comparison. Our room was facing the main street and it had zero sound proofing so you could literally hear people chatting outside in the morning and every car go by in the night. I asked for a room change on this basis as between this a the sewer odour we had managed no sleep after and 6 hour flight - we were told with no pretence of empathy there was no room change option available. I cannot comment on the breakfast option as we have little appetite after inhaling septic gas all night. The only redemption was getting my wallet back after I had forgotten it at the hotel. When I called the hotel, they confirmed they had it and I returned to pick it up."

"Great staff, amazing shuttle, wonderful breakfast, said hot tub on listing but not available to use, pool was not ready yet either, great views. Bathtubs exceptionally small and can hear other guests easily through the wall. All said, we had a good time. "

"Excellent location for getting about, staff really friendly and helpful, hotel immaculate, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there was only one plug socket in room and there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room which is pretty basic for most hotels. "

"Friendly and very helpful staff. Newly renovated rooms. Minibar was stocked and free of charge with wonderful selection of water, drinks and snacks. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety. "
