The beach and town centre are only a short walk away.
Torquay has fantastic restaurants , Shops , Marina and if required great nightlife !
This is a large 5500 sq ft house with 14 bedrooms, 2 reception and a conservatory , It has 4 kitchens, 6 bathrooms and a lovely secluded garden with ample parking.
It sleeps 26 guests !!!

Its Perfect for large groups of families extended families and friends. It can also be split for smaller groups.

Great for a big group
We stayed here for a university reunion gathering with 19 of us from 1-almost 50 and it was great value. It’s a huge property with heaps of space and nice and warm. We had loads of bedrooms to choose from and the beds were comfy. It does still have a “care home” feel to it and is a little tired looking here and there but for the price it’s excellent value. The location is great too!

Large family holiday
3 generations totalling 23 people had a very enjoyable stay. We needed a property with many bedrooms, at a fair price and with an accessible bathroom, as well as the ability to cook for everyone - all boxes were ticked. Property is fairly basic, which was perfect for our needs especially as the kids could relax and enjoy themselves. We did have a flood following a heavy thunder storm, but this was dealt with quickly by the property manager. We would recommend the property for large groups.

Very spacious property
Was not expecting that this property was previously probably some kind of care home with many features reflecting this. However we embraced this and it did not distract from our family celebration. Basic decor and bedrooms but extremely spacious, well equipped kitchen and worked really well for our multi generational group ranging from 85 years down to 6 years. Very clean throughout. Local amenities great although quite hilly streets so difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Found some great beaches for the dog. Would consider again in the future.

Perfect!
A group of friends and family stayed over the New Year week and had the best time. We had an elevated view of all the fireworks at midnight on NYE. There are mentions of the property being tired and I can see that, but the location, cleanliness and facilities are top notch. The hosts were available prior, during and after our stay to check we were happy and to respond to a couple of queries. All in all - a perfect stay. Thank you

Family & Friends Vacation
18 of us enjoyed a week by the sea, we liked the number of bedrooms as it allowed us to utilise to suit us. The house does need some internal and external updating but in the main suited us. We found that if the house was at full occupancy the one lounge would not be sufficient, we had to move in additional seating for 18 of us. The dining room was adequate in size for us. The parking on site was perfect for us with 7 cars and we could have parked a couple more too if needed.
