My colleague did not have hot water the first night of our stay. The mini bar had no drinks or food in it. It was completely empty. And the room felt a little dirty/old. The air unit was super loud as well.

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Clean, reasonably priced new hotel in central location. Breakfast is breakfast buffet syle with lots of options. Staff were friendly. I would stay again!
