Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We had never stayed in a hostel, but found this with a private double room with private bath near the train station and quite liked it. The breakfast in the communal do-it-yourself kitchen was simple but enough.
Super clean, comfortable and cozy. I would love to stay here again (albeit with earplugs as our room had monstrously loud snorer the entirety of my 4 night stay)
It was relatively smooth. Being as it's a hostel, you deal with a lot of other people and their habits. It's in a great location, but they were very challenging to contact by email or phone.
Clean and nice hostel, very close to all the tourist places, very nice staff who explained me everything the hostel has in details. There’s also light breakfast served, which is always a good add-on.
Clarence Park Hotel is classy, cosy and interestingly quiet despite its location. I loved waking up to the scene of snow covered park and free breakfast with many options while the main bus/streetcar stations are just a few meters away. Plus they store your luggage for the day for free. Perfect for airport travel!
The Clarence Hostel is well located and the size of the 4-bed dorm is impressive. The kitchen was super clean. Lot of rooms in the fridge. The room was clean. The only downside, the person at the front desk was so unpleasant. Some people shouldn't work in customer service.
The Clarence Park is an amazing place to stay in Toronto. It is a "little community" that one can interact with friendly people from all backgrounds. I talked to many of them who make me love Toronto more. For instance, Caesar is very considerate and helpful; Milo cut my lock for me when I lost the key, and he never complained when his fingers got hurt. It is a "home from home" experience that a traveler should not miss.
The people there were nice, the staff was nice. It was a little hot in there but there were fans which helped. Good privacy curtains. It wasn’t far from Scotiabank Arena which is why I booked the hostel. I would stay here again.
Check in went smoothly, key codes on the outer doors, but old school key for the rooms. I wasnt able to utilize the breakfast room but it looked good for the other guests.
I loved the services given to me and all others as well. I Love how nice and welcoming the Stuff were so friendly and always good to help.
THAT YOU so much for all your services during my staying at 7 Clarence Sq Hostel. UNTIL NEXT TIME SHALOM.
