The construction, of course not your fault. Underground parking was awful. If you read myprevious comment comYou will understand you for parking and was charged at the lot also. Close to $75. I called your company in regard to this and was told tough luck. I am not impressed.

The property is at a great location, lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, parks and shopping. There is lots of public parking, car rental as well as city transit near by. The only problem was the noise from the railway lines that are behind the property. If you’re a light sleeper then you must bring ear buds.

Me gustó mucho todo, el departamento muy bien equipado y limpio, la zona segura con supermercados cerca y restaurantes (el poutine de Liberty Eats está muy rico!) y el check-in y check-out super sencillo y conveniente a través de la app. Definitivamente volvería a ir y se lo recomendaría a otras personas.

The description on Expedia lied about the proximity of the property to landmarks in the city. This place is basically in the suburbs and does not have public transport accessible to downtown, you will be getting Ubers constantly if you stay here. It takes several minutes to walk from your room to get out of the building with different elevators to take down different very long hallways.

This property has no personnel on site. When booking they took my money as a deposit and thereafter they were unable to register me to gain access to the room. They would not issue refund and said to deal with Expedia. I haven’t yet been able to get refund!

Nice apartment, good space comfortable bed, not much space for luggage, there is always only one luggage support available, the rest we have to leave in the floor. What i really did not like was the check in process that you go to a website to register but you have to put your phone number to receive a PIN number but for tourists that dont have a local SIM card, its impossible to continue with the check on process, also no one in person at hotel lobby to solve the problem, you have to dial to a number but how to dial if you dont have a local phone? It took me more than 45min to sort it out. So this really caused me some stress, do not reccomend and this should be explained in the expedia page.

My recent stay at this hotel was an exercise in frustration. Finding the entrance was akin to navigating a labyrinth, an utterly perplexing experience. The check-in process, reliant on an app, was particularly challenging for someone visiting from another country without easy app access or data. The parking situation only added to the chaos. You’re only informed about parking access post-check-in, followed by an inexplicable hour-long wait to actually use it. This felt unnecessarily complicated and inefficient. The room itself was a cramped disappointment. The beds were so uncomfortable, I felt I would have been better off sleeping on the ground. It was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel stay I have ever endured. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your accommodation needs. Disappointed this is even offered on Expedia.

The 20 minute walk we had to take to reach our unit multiple times a day was pretty ridiculous, but the apartment itself was very cute :) perfect area. Sonder failed to respond to all my late check out requests and had a cleaning lady banging on the door at 11 am exactly.

The stay was wonderful. A few comments: - fire alarm went off in middle of night - a bit noisy - building has seen better days (scuffs on the walls, a broken door etc) but overall very good

Only one elevator working in Tower B was very inconvenient it has been down for some time according to other guests. The main Building B second elevator was malfunctioning today when I was leaving. Lots of noise from trains and airplanes flying into Toronto island AP

My flight was delayed so I arrived late around 2am. There was no signs out in front of the building. I wasn’t given good instructions on where to park and there weren’t any signs that tells you “SONDER parking “. And when I finally got some instructions and got into the parking garage there weren’t any signs to direct me to SONDER’S lobby. I saw in the parking garage where to go for McDonald’s and several other businesses but not Sunders. So it was very frustrating. I would definitely not recommend the Toronto location.

It didn’t match the photo. There was no TV in the bedroom? The bathroom was down the hallway? I have claustrophobia and I couldn’t sleep in the “box” bedroom because there was no TV Or windows. I slept on the couch. Expedia tried to move me but Sonder. The rental company, would not release me from the reservation. This stay was not what was shown on Expedia. No more apartments for me.
