It is a newly renovated hotel. They have elegant, clean rooms and excellent customer service. Everything is great, and they also have a small park outside the rooms. You can walk or sit there and take in a natural scene. Enjoy the laundry and the A&W, and you have a lot of things nearby, including Tim Hortons. Also, you can enjoy your stay, and they also provide a car if you need it. I love this hotel, and I recommend this order

I did the express check in online to save time but still ended up spending 30 minutes at the desk checking in. Long check ins are a nuisance for me on a good day and that day definitely wasn't a good day. Do the rooms come with hot water? Do I need to pay extra for hot water? Either way, there was no hot water in the shower, which was unfortunate. On the plus side, the room was clean and warm, which was very appreciated, especially because i didn't get the chance to have a hot shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, also appreciated. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience, just not a great one either.

Very clean room, very nice value for the price. However, they gave us a terrible room location. It was only 10 ft away from the main desk, so we could hear the automatic doorbell each time someone opened the main door, and could hear the full discussion each time the front desk helped someone. Not very convenient if you're trying to get sleep earlier. I checked out and left. I'd recommend the establishment look for one of those quiet doorbells, that alerts the front desk through visual or vibration if someone comes in (instead of loud doorbell that bothers entire floor of rooms next to front desk).

This is a good little room for an overnight stay. The room was chilly when we arrived but quickly warmed up with the in room heater. It does get a little dry being such a small space with the heat blowing right on the bed. The bathroom floor was quite chilly (bring your slippers) Very clean room.

Its a little strange the way some rooms are...we had one upstairs from the lobby...you could hear everytime someone came in...we could hear the next room...the room had no fridge...and you had light shining in from the hall.

We loved the fact that the room wher we were located was like motel. Easy to load and unload the car. Gréât location. Newly renovated. Staff was over the top. Breakfast was to go. Muffins, cookies and bars. They were all excellent. Had a bit of issues understanding the remote for the heat/ air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again
