King West is a premier neighbourhood, with fashion, restaurants, and night life. Close to grocery stores, Liberty Village, Downtown, Island Airport, China Town, King West Village, Queen Street Fashion, and sporting events.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.
