First, the hotel is a great location! Everything is easily a walking distance from the hotel. The staff are wonderful, we were greeted with a glass of champagne upon check in which was a nice surprise (it was our wedding anniversary but they didn’t know that!). The hotel itself feels like a Vegas hotel, very grand aesthetic and the amenities were lovely (I ordered some after because I loved the smell of the cream & hand soap - very high end). We had breakfast at Kost which is their rooftop restaurant. Great food, beautiful restaurant overlooking the city. The lounge on the main floor was a vibe, great music! Some reviews said it was loud but I didn’t hear it in my room on the 6th floor. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The perfect hotel for a downtown Toronto stay. Staff were all exceptional, particularly Doris. KOST on the 44th floor has delicious oysters and pasta. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I will not stay anywhere else the next time I go to Toronto!

We had the most amazing experience at Bisha hotel! We got upgraded and the room was amazing and so clean. The staff were incredibly kind from the moment we got there to when we left, especially Karan and Norbert. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

The staff on site one above and beyond to make my birthday special. Jenna at the front desk, arranged dinner brunch and had cake and champagne delivered to my room. There was some hiccoughs with the reservations, but the manager Karan took care of everything to ensure we enjoyed our meal at Kost. Rob— The manager of Kost also went above and beyond due to some miscommunication with the reservation and gave us a beautiful table with view and complimentary champagne as a goodwill gesture. The hotel amenities were amazing and the staff made everything that much better with how we were treated during our entire stay. I would also like to thank Keith our valet guy who took care of all of our luggage and provided efficient service upon check in/out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the summer to enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool.

Honestly I couldn't wait to write this review! The staff, the room, the food and the location are truly unbeatable. The staff were amazing. Brought us what we forgot, booked reservations, spa appointments, printed out directions, remembered our names and catered to our every need. We discussed staying a few extra days because we loved the experience so much. The VRBO we had booked became unavailable the night before and this hotel upgraded us without hesitation. We will definitely be back and will stay here. Bisha you are gem!! Thank you so much... P.S. the cute jackets the staff were wearing made me want to work there just to get one :)

Excellent Place To Stay!
The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Welcomed us right away when we walked in, told us all of our options for dining, etc. When we went to check out it was the same girl and she remembered what our plans were the night before and asked how it went, then gave us a little bag with water and treats for our trip home. Every area of the hotel was very clean. The room was very large with lots of storage space to unpack. It had a bar cart (for a fee) and a mini fridge that was stocked. The tv swivelled and had self check out on it. Great location, close to Rogers Centre and much more. Restaurant onsite was beautiful, great decorating and beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious!
