"As I went to bed on my one night stay, I was thinking about what a wonderful review. I was going to give this hotel. At 10:30 PM I was reflecting on the Nespresso coffee maker, the good lighting in the bathroom, the comfortable bed, the lovely sitting area where I was able to work for a couple of hours and felt very at home and the electronic blinds were a very nice feature. All electrical outlets for charging devices worked well and I had a lovely sleep. The next morning, I enjoy a workout in the gym, which is very well equipped. This is when the entire experience went from five stars to maybe 2 1/2 stars. I went to take a shower and there were small dark hairs all over the tub and a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Apparently this is where the cleaning ended because the rest of the room was immaculate. When I went downstairs for breakfast, I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they were gracious enough to comp my $11 breakfast. Upon my departure at 11 AM, as I exited the elevator, I was abruptly evacuated from the area by a manager, perhaps? There was a gathering, apparently their grand opening six months later. Conveniently coordinated to coincide exactly with the checkout time. This manager was pulling suitcases out of guests, hands and push pushing us into a corner where she thought we would be more “comfortable” waiting. She asked if I was checking out and pulled my room key from my hand. There’s more but I don’t have enough space "

"The hotel is very close to the airport which is a big plus. Parking was available on-site for a fee. The staff was very friendly and communicated via text messages after our arrival. We had a large, clean room and comfortable king bed. There was noise coming from the vent which was the only downside. There was a very nice brunch on Sunday in the restaurant which we enjoyed. I would stay here again."

"I was only there for a very short time for an overnight connection. It was fine, room was large and clean. Bed was ok and staff were friendly. It’s a budget hotel, so can’t give it 5 stars. The main reason for the 3 star review was because the schedule for the airport shuttle was incorrect (or poorly adhered to). I timed my exit from the terminal perfectly based on the posted schedule but waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. When I had to catch the 4am shuttle to get to the airport the person working the desk was sleeping in the small seating area in the lobby. Which was actually pretty funny and didn’t affect my experience, but still worth mentioning."
