The hotel was clean, quiet and walkable to locations such as, St. Lawrence Market or Eaton Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early and happy they have a luggage storage so that we get to explore a little bit before checking in. The room we stayed at was clean, tidy and excellent. Overall, had a lovely, comfortable stay at the hotel and will be booking again in the future.

The room was very nice and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good location for what we were there to see, CN tower, Blue Jays games and other things in same area. I would recommend to others.

In a rougher area, but cant complain given the lower room cost compared to most hotels in the downtown area. Breakfast was good
