"We recently stayed in a Harbourview room and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the standout features was definitely the view. Overlooking the harbour, it offered a beautiful backdrop both day and night. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions including the Northeast Trail, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, and the Terry Fox Monument. We were able to explore so much of the area without needing a car, which was a huge plus. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant a few times. While the food was just okay, the convenience of having it on-site was appreciated, especially after long days of walking. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort, a great view, and a central location for exploring the best of the area."

"The restaurant was excellent in the hotel. The staff of the hotel bent over backwards to help me with all my needs. I felt very confident that if I had any problems the staff and front desk would do everything they could to fix it. "

"The customer service is top-notch. We arrived about half an hour early to drop off our bags, but the front staff checked and let us know that our room was ready! Special shoutout to the door staff as well, since they were always helpful with our questions. The pictures on the website are accurate, both in terms of the common areas and the double queen room that we had booked. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking access to downtown and other amenities. The bus stop going to the mall and Memorial University is also very close. The gym was excellent and beyond my expectations. It was spacious and had both cardio and weight machines. The windows were large, which allowed natural light to come in. Although I did run outside once, I used the gym several times during my stay. It was always clean. We also enjoyed our meal at Exile restaurant, which is located on the first floor. The cafe downstairs also had a solid assortment of hot drinks, although some of the croissants sold out pretty quickly. Highly recommended!"
