It is in the perfect location for walking everywhere
Staff is great and the restroom was amazing
Highly recommend
The only thing you have to pay for parking but it’s only 13 dollars a day
Great central location.Excellent check in/check out experience. Victoria at front desk was very understanding and helpful when I tripped outside and needed some first aid items.
Clean room, quiet area. We were on the 1st floor, street level on the harbour side. Lobby is on the fourth floor on the other side of the hotel. Easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.
Great location, lots of places to see in walking distance. Restaurant has great food and beautiful view. Rooms are clean and comfortable, I didn’t need the maid service one day but they still made sure I had everything I needed.
The location is terrific and within walking distance of the old downtown of St. John's. The room was spotless and the view was spectacular. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. My only gripe was that the guest laundry was not working while we were there and that caused a little bit of an inconvenience to find a laundromat that was open on the weekend. Other than that, the stay was so good that we extended it for another night.
Decent property. Great views. Hotel seems overpriced during the summer so we didn’t expect less for more but it was overall a good stay though - hotel was walking distance to much of the downtown. We love St. John’s!!
My room was prefect over looking the harbour with a clear view of the harbour entrance and signal hill. Staff was very friendly and very helpful suppers were excellent with a wide variety to choose from on the menu.
A good location very walkable to all downtown attractions including George street.
Staff was very nice, room was clean. Room service meals were kind of middling, but there's a place called Caines across the street that sold reheatable homemade meals that were legitimately excellent; if you have a room with a kitchenette they're perfect for an affordable dinner.
Lovely property right on Duckworth and Water streets. Parking lot on Dickworth.
Room was clean and comfortable -standard looking room.
The dining area advertised lobster dinner but when we went, they were sold out!
Hotel was well maintained and clean. Room was on the 3rd floor over looking the harbour. Absolutely stunning view. Could see the ships coming and going as well as Signal Hill. Hotel was in a great location and parking was on-site. Would recommend and will stay here again.
