"The building is settled, you can see that it is and gaps in work, didn't get painted by trim on the upeperwall, holes where things hung at one point but big holes still there. The floor has chips out in it and is hilly or uneven as you walk across the room, as well as being dirty. The first room had stuff all in it, flushed it and didn't fill back up. Changed rooms and the quality of the room wasn't any better. There was mold in the bathroom and you could see that there was water in the crack under the baseboard, between it and the floor. The doors have to be really closed because just pushing it shut doesn't close it, it comes back open. When checking in was told they just remodeled all the rooms and has sign outside saying something to the effect of recently remodeled. Would hate to see what it was like before."

"This place reeked of cigarettes and weed. The air quality was so terrible we all left with congestion and mucus. The staff did not provide blankets and when we asked they said they didn’t have any?? Very disappointed. We stayed here before in ‘22 so we thought it was a safe choice and the quality has gone down significantly."

The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! "
