"The room was nice and clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the shower head in our room was no good, barely any water was able to come out."

"Booked based off the reviews but was definitely far from the hype.Ironing board was broke...had to iron our clothes on the floor/bed. Food went to waste after finding out the refrigerator didn't work. Stains on bedding.no alarm clock.AC unit would cut off in the middle of the night.shower knob had to be adjusted just right to get hot water.blow dryer had some sticky residue on it. overall hotel room was not very clean.staff was not very helpful or friendly.breakfast was trash.would not recommend booking especially not for a family vacation."
