"The previous comments is why I decided to book this property. The AC didn’t work and didn’t realize it until it was around 2:00am. The previous people who stayed in the room left their room key. If the cleaning staff properly cleaned the room how did they miss the room key? The restroom could have used a better cleaning and the carpet was dirty. The person who checked us in wasn’t friendly at all. He gave us the key and walked away. Another person who checked in before asked us where the elevator was. We were all looking for it and lost. He didn’t even give us the information about breakfast or anything. Just asked for ID and gave a key and left."

Patio with a nice view of a green space, a veranda on our floor (6th), room was clean, bed was comfy with lots of pillows, complimentary breakfast and dinner were great too. The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. Definitely will stay here on our next trip to San Antonio!"
